Avant Projet Project Management
An Avant Projet is a vital part of the whole design & construction process, fixing the project costings and spec, enabling the client to create a budget and agree a timeline for the build.
We begin with a property visit to discuss the client’s needs and to establish an outline budget if possible. Sketches are produced to firm up the clients ideas and once a design has been agreed, we then create a set of scale drawings to translate into actionable plans.
Once the design has been agreed, we visit the site with the required tradesmen to create estimates for each area of expertise which are then presented to the client. Depending on the client’s budget, changes to spec and layout can be made and a firm budget for the project is finalised.
The Avant projet can be carried out in conjunction with a planning application if required.

We can also visit the property you are planning on purchasing to give you an idea of the ball-park renovation costs involved or assist you when you're unsure as to what needs to be done to turn the property into the something of which you can be proud.
