  We begin with an initial meeting to ascertain your requirements. Once the design has been confirmed and a rough budget established, we move on to the next stage, the “Avant Projet”.

  The “Avant Projet” is the process of determining the actual costs involved in realising the project, created in conjunction with estimates from local tradesmen plus costings for fixtures and fittings to be sourced for you by us. Clients are supplied with a basic set of plans and a selection of  estimates from each trade area.

  Once costs are agreed, any planning permission required will be applied for and a realistic delivery timeline created. We will also provide you with copies of each tradesman’s insurance coverage to ensure that every aspect of your project is covered by a ten year work guarantee. 

  We will then manage the project from the first morning until hand over, dealing with all builders and suppliers on your behalf. We’ll ensure that the timescale is adhered to and that any changes to the spec or design are agreed with you in writing and built into the timetable.  Regular photographic updates will ensure that you don’t miss a thing, enabling you to compile that all important “Before & After” photo album!   

 Our sign-off documents ensure that there is accountability from all tradesmen and partners throughout the project and at its reception. 

We take that sketch you drew on the back of an envelope and turn it into the home of your dreams! Full project management services ensure that your build runs smoothly from start to finish. We will deal with the entirety of the project or you can cherry pick specific services whilst regular updates and teleconferencing ensure that your project comes in on time and on budget.

  Replacing a rotting, leaking roof is often the first job on any property renovation list. Working with the same team for the past 18 years, we'll change the timbers, re-batten and cover the roof with a selection of new and pre-used tiles to give it that all important "weathered" look. We use oak or pine interior timbers, pegged together in the traditional style and then covered or left exposed as per the clients requirements. 

  Once the roof's been done, the next step is to create the ceilings and internal walls. Our experts will insulate and dry-line ceilings and exterior walls and create the bathrooms and bedrooms of your dreams. Our team can also repair or re-plaster internal walls, finishing them smooth or to match the existing or even re-skim and paint those hard to reach high ceilings.

When renovating an old barn or replacing existing windows with new, we offer a made-to-measure service for wooden, aluminium or PVC frames. New openings can be created in any wall, be it for a new front door or that sliding terrace door out to the pool. We can also provide traditional fold-back shutters or incorporate roller shutters into any new design. 

  Whether its a full re-wire or just additional circuits for an extension, we'll discuss layouts and help choose fixtures and fittings to create a safe and secure system. 

A new bathroom can transform a recent purchase so we'll design and fit out the room to your specification, whether it's traditional fittings for a barn renovation or a modern make-over for an existing property.
